The Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Program Education Center (translator tool)
Check out the "Global Warming Facts (Beginners, Thinkers, Experts) and Ask a Scientist. It has some useful lessons plans that may have to be adapted, combined or integrated such as "Global Warming" and "Planting Trees". For the Middle Level.

Operated and maintained by Environment Canada, contains official climate and weather observations for Canada.

'Explore Water' booklet by the Girl Guides of Canada.  Enjoy learning about how we use water and how we can care for it. The book includes simple colouring activities, fun science activities, and even a mobile.

Saskatchewan Education for Sustainable Development
